Biometrics Reader Integration with HRMS Software

Employees can clock in through Facial Recognition, Fingerprint Machines, or the Mobile App, with the data seamlessly sent to our Time Management Software. This software efficiently calculates working hours, overtime, and lateness, and the processed data is then linked to our Payroll Software for further payroll processing.

Using the mobile app, employees have the convenience to manage attendance, apply for leave, submit claims, view payslips, update personal details, access IR8A, and check company policies. Additionally, the E-Appraisal module enables Department Heads to share employee appraisals with HR through the software.
