Biometrics Reader Integration with HRMS Software
Employees can clock in through Facial Recognition, Fingerprint
Machines, or the Mobile App, with the data seamlessly sent to our Time Management Software. This software
efficiently calculates working hours, overtime, and lateness, and the processed data is then linked to our
Payroll Software for further payroll processing.
Using the mobile app, employees have the convenience to manage attendance, apply for leave, submit claims,
view payslips, update personal details, access IR8A, and check company policies. Additionally, the E-Appraisal
module enables Department Heads to share employee appraisals with HR through the software.

Will the fingerprint and facial records be erased if I do not use the fingerprint & facial recognition systems for an extended period?
No. You may need to manually delete the old fingerprints and facial records from the system.
Do I have to return the machines to Info-Tech if I no longer want to use them?
Yes. If you discontinue our services, returning the biometric devices to Info-Tech is required.
What should I do if the reader can no longer read fingerprints?
For any problems with the biometric machines, please get in touch with our support team.
Can I set Info-Tech's biometrics machines to allow certain visitors into my building?
Yes, as long as the visitor is officially registered with your organisation.
